Instrument proficiency check (Ipc) Breakdown:

The instrument proficiency check consists of an oral and a flight check under simulated or actual IFR conditions. This test includes questions on emergency procedures, engine operation, fuel and lubrication systems, power settings, stall speeds, best engine-out speed, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems as appropriate. The flight check includes navigation by sole reference of instruments, recovery from simulated emergencies, and standard instrument approaches involving navigational facilities which that pilot is authorized to use.

1 Hour of Ground Instruction: $65

1 Hour of Flight Instruction: $65

1 Hour of Plane Rental: $155

Total: $285

All prices are subject to change based upon pilots recent flight experience and the plane they choose to use. Price points listed is for absolute minimum time required and to be taken in N7353T (Cessna 172).
